In addition, Stellar Education Australia Pty. Ltd. applies administrative fees for processing refund requests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-9790f0ff wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Visa Refusal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An administrative fee of AU$330 applies for processing refund requests due to visa refusal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No administrative fee is charged by Stellar for processing Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) or Overseas Visitors Health Cover (OVHC) refunds if the visa was refused offshore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-9790f0ff wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Student-Initiated Cancellation (other than visa refusal):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An administrative fee of AU$660 applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An additional fee of AU$110 applies if assistance is required to cancel and process a refund for OSHC or OVHC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-right:0;padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">Exception: If the student has commenced their course and the education provider offers no refund, Stellar will waive the AU$660 cancellation fee. However, the AU$110 health insurance administration fee may still apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important Note: These administrative fees are separate from any deductions imposed by the education provider&#8217;s own refund policy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div data-spectra-id=\"spectra-4194ceba-b3ad-428f-934b-18d487684159\" style=\"overflow: visible;--spectra-background-color: var(--ast-global-color-6);--spectra-box-shadow: 3px 3px 10px 2px #abb8c3\" class=\"spectra-overlay-color spectra-overflow spectra-background-color spectra-box-shadow wp-block-spectra-container\" data-orientation=\"vertical\">\n\t\n<div data-spectra-id=\"spectra-4c64a5e2-9c00-4b7e-ad38-34ece56d92af\" style=\"overflow: visible\" class=\"spectra-overlay-color spectra-overflow wp-block-spectra-container\" data-orientation=\"vertical\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-d5edc61e wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\">Changing Country with Stellar (Transferring Studies)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students who wish to transfer their studies to another country using Stellar&#8217;s services must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students must provide proof of enrolment at the new institution through Stellar before initiating any refund requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-a1a1ca90 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Visa Refusal \u2013 Transfer to Another Country:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An administrative fee of AU$330 applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stellar will provide a refund of AU$200 (or equivalent) after:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student secures a visa for the new country; AND<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commences studies in the new country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-974eea7f wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Student-Initiated Cancellation \u2013 Transfer to Another Country:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An administrative fee of AU$660 applies, plus AU$110 for health insurance cancellation assistance (if required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stellar will provide a refund of AU$300 (or equivalent) after:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student secures a visa for the new country;
